Terms of Use and Sale · effective October 15, 2026

The essentials: the demo is free, packs are bought once and for all and are not subscriptions. The Spicy pack is for ages 18 and up.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Zero Secret app, published by Philippine Loiseau EI (see the legal notice), and the purchase of its question packs. Using the app means accepting these terms.

2. Access to the app and acceptance

The app is for people aged 16 or older, and the Spicy pack for ages 18 and up. On first launch, you confirm you are 16 or older and accept these terms of use and sale as well as the privacy policy.

You are asked to accept again each time a new version of these terms is released.

3. The game

Zero Secret is a party game for couples, to play with friends, as a duo or trio, or at a wedding. It runs on a single phone, with no account and no connection, except to buy or restore packs.

4. Free access and paid packs

The app and the Demo pack are free. The other packs (Full Game, Bach Party, Spicy, New Vintage, Grand Cru, Under One Roof, Throuple, Wedding) are paid digital content, unlocked by a one-time purchase, with no subscription or renewal.

Each pack’s page shows its content, the game modes it can be used in and its price, before purchase.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown including all taxes, in your currency, in the app and on the store page. Sale and payment are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), under their terms, with the payment method saved on your store account.

The pack is unlocked as soon as the store confirms payment.

6. Right of withdrawal

Packs are digital content supplied immediately after purchase. Before paying, you expressly request this immediate access and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code); this waiver is restated on the confirmation screen.

You can still request a refund directly from the store, under its rules: reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or your Google Play order history.

7. Restoring your purchases

A pack you buy stays yours. On a new device, or after reinstalling the app, use “Restore purchases” with the same store account (Apple or Google). A purchase made on the App Store can’t be restored on Google Play, and vice versa.

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If a pack doesn’t work as described, write to us: we will fix it or, failing that, you can get a refund.

9. Spicy pack

The Spicy pack contains questions about intimate life, for ages 18 and up. An age check is shown at every game where it is selected: by confirming it, you confirm that everyone around the table is 18 or older and agrees to play with this pack.

The app is rated 16+ on the stores; the Spicy pack remains for ages 18 and up, and the other modes contain no adult-only content.

10. Playing with respect for everyone

The game is all about good vibes. No one has to answer an awkward question. Answers revealed during a game should stay part of the fun, not a reason for blame.

11. What you write

The names, answers, personal questions and guestbook notes entered in the app stay on the phone and are the responsibility of the people who write them. They must not be insulting or discriminatory, or invade anyone’s privacy.

In Wedding mode, the best man or maid of honor reviews and sorts the guests’ questions before the show (moderation) and can set aside anything unsuitable.

12. Availability and updates

We do our best to make the app work properly on the compatible phones listed on the stores. Updates may fix bugs, improve the game or add questions; they never remove a pack you bought.

13. Liability

Zero Secret is an entertainment game: its questions and verdicts are meant to make you laugh, not to judge a couple. We cannot be held liable for how the game or the content entered by players is used, nor for an interruption caused by the phone, the system or the stores. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer.

14. Intellectual property

The name, logo, questions, texts, sounds and visuals of Zero Secret are protected and belong to Philippine Loiseau EI. A purchase gives you the right to play with the pack for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction or distribution of the questions without written consent is prohibited.

15. Personal data

How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms may change, for example when new packs are released. The version that applies to a purchase is the one in effect at the time of that purchase.

Each new version is shown when the app launches and must be accepted to keep playing.

17. Disputes and mediation

These terms are governed by French law. If there is a problem, write to us first: we always look for an amicable solution.

If no agreement is reached, you can turn to the consumer mediator free of charge: [MÉDIATEUR] ([SITE DU MÉDIATEUR]). You can also bring the matter before the competent court.
